Andras Hotels in Belfast is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in supervising all daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring high standards across the hotel group. The role involves staff planning, coaching, and ensuring mandatory Brand and Health & Safety training, with opportunities for progression through the Andras Academy.

You will work on site at 35 Dublin Rd, Belfast, and join a team committed to guest satisfaction and hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in housekeeping with supervisory duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with day-to-day staffing, planning and coaching.
• Ensure staff complete mandatory Brand and Health & Safety training and have proper tools.
• Promote teamwork and coordination with other department heads.
• Support deep cleaning projects and manage peak periods.
• Handle HR-related actions when appropriate.
