Job summary

BodyScape Front of House Team Member at Andras Hotels is a welcoming, front-of-house role within Northern Ireland's largest hotel group. You’ll greet guests, answer queries in person and over the phone, and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere at the reception and club desk.

Hours are 8 per week. The role offers staff benefits including discounted hotel rates, health plan, pension and development programmes through Andras Academy, and opportunities to progress within the Andras Hotels

Qualifications

• One year experience in reception / front of house
• Experienced in high standard customer service, customer facing role
• Willing to become qualified in Emergency Responder, First Aid & Pool Operations
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Communicate positively with club members and provide a positive outlook to work and fitness
• Meet team targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Be well presented, professional and polite at all times
• Promote the sales of fitness products and merchandise
• Support the membership team and contribute towards membership sales targets
• Ensure cashing up procedures are followed and banking completed to company standards
• Maintain high standards of club appearance and member service
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met and understood
