Job summary

edyn Limited is seeking a Front of House Assistant for Cove Landmark Pinnacle, joining our on-property hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience during check-in, stay, and check-out.

You will handle reservations, room allocation, local recommendations, and billing with accuracy, support F&B service when needed, and help maintain a clean, on-brand public area. A friendly, proactive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front-of-house or reception experience preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and personalised approach.
• Complete check-in and check-out efficiently using the hotel PMS.
• Assist with reservations, room allocation, and guest requests.
• Provide local knowledge, recommendations, and lifestyle tips.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly; escalate when needed.
• Support lobby hosting duties and maintain presentation.
