edyn Limited seeks a friendly and highly organised Night Receptionist to join our London team at a prominent city-centre property. You will be the face of the Locke brand, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly from arrival through departure, and you’ll manage reservations, queries, and guest needs with a proactive, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests on check-in and leaving a great impression on checkout.
• Managing reservations and queries online, by email, on the phone and in person with a can-do attitude.
• Handling out-of-hours guest queries for other edyn properties.
• Providing information on local attractions and experiences to guests.
