Job summary

Virgin Hotel London-Shoreditch is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, high-end setting, ensuring impeccable guest experiences and smooth restaurant operations. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager, train staff, resolve guest queries, uphold service standards, and drive operational excellence across the floor.

Excellent English, 1–2 years F&B management, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of previous F&B/Restaurant management experience.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with clients, guests and teammates.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and guide the floor team to deliver warm welcomes and exceptional service.
• Ensure staff follow service procedures, update manuals and provide training.
• Maintain effective communication between team and senior management.
• Assist in training and development of all employees.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints effectively.
