Job summary

Virgin Hotels London-Shoreditch is seeking a Floor Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and ensuring a smooth operation. You will lead by example, train staff on service procedures, handle guest queries, maintain high standards of service, and work closely with senior management to deliver exceptional hospitality.

The role is full-time and paid hourly at £12.71, with participation in the venue's Tronc system.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and support the floor team on service procedures and manuals.

As our Floor Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager in guiding the floor team and running a smooth operation.. .

• Lead by example: Support the floor team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
• Support the team: Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily duties.
