Job summary

Scotsman Group is looking for a friendly hospitality team member to be the face of our venues, working across restaurant, bar and events to deliver a welcoming, memorable guest experience.

You will support front-of-house and kitchen teams to guarantee smooth daily operations, greet guests, take orders, upsell items, and ensure hygiene and energy-saving standards are maintained in busy settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, café, bar or busy guest service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and teammates.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting without compromising service quality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, show them to tables and provide menus.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and note dietary requirements.
• Offer menu and beverage recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
