Scotsman Group is seeking a frontline hospitality team member to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, memorable experience at our venues. You will play a key role in supporting meetings and events from start to finish, including setting up spaces, serving food and beverages, and assisting with basic AV equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, café or busy guest service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Set up event spaces per briefs (tables, chairs, linens, stage layouts).
• Serve high-quality food and beverages with a warm, professional smile.
• Welcome attendees, answer questions and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with basic AV setup including projectors, microphones and lighting.
• Maintain cleanliness of event rooms, bars and service areas.
• Clear and reset spaces efficiently for the next event.
• Process payments (cash, debit, credit) per till procedures and report discrepancies.
