Crimson Hotels Group is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Assistant for the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick, a 302-bedroom property just 5 minutes from Gatwick Airport. You will warmly welcome guests and provide service across multiple outlets, contributing to a memorable dining experience with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, and a positive, solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Ability to use technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach across outlets including bar, lounge, restaurant, conference areas and room service.
• Deliver attentive service and use knowledge of food, wines, beers and spirits to enhance guest experience.
• Set up and close down service areas while maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a welcoming and seamless dining experience.
