Crimson Hotels Group is hiring an enthusiastic F&B Assistant at the Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5, a 300-room property within our Crimson Hotels portfolio. You will welcome guests, serve across outlets, and help maintain a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, have hospitality experience, and are comfortable using technology while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable using technology and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly across outlets (bar, lounge, restaurant, conferences, room service).
• Assist in setting up and closing down service areas and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to a seamless, welcoming dining experience and uphold health and safety regulations.
