Crimson Hotels Group is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and employee records for our Crawley-based team. You will help answer staff queries and contribute to recognition and engagement initiatives.

As HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full team member journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employment relations, responding to staff queries and importantly supporting staff recognition and engagement. You will be working closely with the HR Assistant Manager and General Manager to drive memorable team member experiences in line with our values.
We’relooking for a motivated HR Assistant who thrives on supporting people andcreating positive workplace experiences.You’llbring hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, backed by an understanding of UK employment law. familiarity with the hospitality sector is a definite plus, as is confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR systems.We’relooking for someone who is approachable, well-organised, and solutions driven. and ideally,you’llbe HR qualified or actively working towards it.
