Job summary

Tenpin in Camberley is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across our entertainment venue. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, spot sales opportunities and help run events while keeping the centre welcoming and tidy.

You should be friendly, proactive and confident in customer interactions, with a flexible attitude to evenings and weekends. Prior experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
