Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator on a 1-year fixed term contract. The role delivers a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests in a designated building.

You will be the first point of contact, assist with events and activities, coordinate services, and ensure security procedures are followed, while maintaining strong organizational skills and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for visitors; issue passes and follow security protocols.
  • Answer the telephone professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services including mail, supplies, onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints; provide solutions in a customer-service manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events; secure space, setup, teardown, and supplies.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties for safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain detailed information within the team; follow manager directions.
  • Apply defined duties and procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
