Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to deliver a professional, engaging first point of contact for occupants and to act as the interface between clients and vendors. The role requires developing client relationships, ensuring excellent front-of-house service and seamless vendor coordination across Plumtree Court.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background with 4/5-star hospitality experience desirable.
• FM experience (minimum 1 year experience)
• Health and safety knowledge (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging front-of-house contact for occupants and act as interface with vendors.
• Develop and maintain client-facing relationships across Plumtree Court.
• Ensure bespoke service delivery of Front of House facilities across the campus.
• Lead on-floor service, coordinating with hospitality and other vendors.
• Monitor and audit client areas to ensure they are fit for business and safe.
• Support health and safety practices and emergency procedures.
