Job summary

The role collaborates with the Workplace team, coordinates admin tasks, mail, events, desk and locker management, and supports onboarding and supplier coordination. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpretation of instructions and procedures.
• Ability to ask clarifying questions and prepare routine reports.
• Ability to present information to internal teams and larger groups.
• Basic financial terminology knowledge.
• Problem-solving for complex situations.
• Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience to colleagues and guests
• Deliver personalised service to enhance the customer journey
• Take ownership of the reception foyer and surrounding areas to ensure the best first impression
• Support the Workplace Experience Team with admin tasks including mail, events, desk booking and locker management
• Request building and equipment services as required
• Support onboarding activities, including new employee orientation and first-day welcome processes
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and office equipment management
• Respond to workplace service requests and supplier communications
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure insurance documentation and compliance
• Support workplace safety standards and manage stock levels
