Job summary

Ardencote Manor welcomes Hotel & Spa Receptionists to join our Front of House team, delivering five-star service from arrival to departure. You will check guests in, handle spa bookings and provide expert information about our facilities and experiences, while promoting treatments and dining options.

We value friendly, guest-focused individuals with strong communication and multitasking abilities who can work flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Excellent organisational skills with multitasking ability.
• Confident using computers and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hotel and spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage hotel and spa check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
• Handle bedroom, spa treatment, restaurant and activity bookings.
• Provide expert information about facilities, treatments and experiences.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, products, packages and dining experiences.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with Spa, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure reception areas are welcoming, organised and well-presented.
• Go above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences.
