Job summary

Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell invites a dedicated Concierge to join our luxury wellness retreat in the heart of England. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and provide exceptional hospitality experiences across our spa and hotel facilities.

Ideal candidates will excel in communication, know our spa offerings, and be confident in upselling services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with luggage.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and meet guest needs promptly.
• Escort guests to rooms and brief them on hotel and spa facilities.
• Handle guest requests like room service, transfers, taxi bookings.
• Keep public areas tidy and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Coordinate with reception and other departments for smooth experiences.
• Assist with reception duties when needed.

As a Concierge, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every farewell is just as warm. From handling reservations and check-ins to providing thoughtful support throughout each visit, your friendly, confident, and professional approach will help ensure every guest feels relaxed, valued, and eager to return

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage
• Providing courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly
• Escorting guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities
• Assisting with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests
• Keeping public areas are kept tidy and replenished throughout the day
• Coordinating with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Assisting on reception duties when required

Your skills and expertise

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have an excellent understanding of hotel and spa facilities and services
• Have the ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy in information provided
• Be sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and promote additional services

Additional Information

• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• £12.71 per hour
