Job summary

LQ Resorts is seeking a Receptionist for its Leisure Club. You will greet hotel residents and club members, promote facilities, and be the first point of contact. The role requires a warm, friendly approach, professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will work 40 hours across weekdays and weekends, with a competitive package including benefits such as staff meals, parking, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent face to face customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and well-organised.
• IT skills including Word, email and database usage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake general reception duties and handle customer feedback.
• Answer phones promptly and politely; provide information hub services.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain high professional standards.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments within the resort.
• Relay information to members and management and resolve issues.
