Job summary

Dakota Eurocentral is seeking an experienced hotel receptionist to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

You will work with multiple departments to ensure seamless service, assist with restaurant bookings and guest inquiries, and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hospitality, preferably hotel.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
• Experience in 4* and 5* hotels is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communicator and a people person.
• Flexible with shifts and available during peak times.
• Fully computer literate; PMS knowledge desirable, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, reservations, light housekeeping, and guest billing.
• Provide high level guest service in line with service principles and values.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Front Office systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer services such as restaurant bookings and directions for guests.
