Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London is seeking a professional Concierge to deliver a First-Class Front of House experience for clients and colleagues. You will warmly welcome visitors, assist with sign-in procedures and ensure smooth meeting room operations.

The role requires excellent communication, a courteous demeanour and reliability across a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate catering, liaise with the Hospitality provider, and maintain health and safety standards while upholding CW brand

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or receptionist roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure adequate resource is in place to cover receptions across the PSC Hub.
• Ensure all visitors and colleagues are signed in as specified by the Property procedures.
• Greet and escort clients to their hosts in a timely manner.
• Oversee the meeting room booking process and ensure rooms are stocked with pens, pencils and papers.
• Coordinate catering and refreshments with the Hospitality provider for meetings and events.
