Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Concierge / Workplace Experience Host at our London head office. You will deliver a high-standard front-of-house service, meet and greet visitors, and ensure the client suite and meeting spaces run smoothly throughout the day.

You will coordinate meeting room setups, bookings, and hospitality services, working with catering, facilities, and security teams to maintain a professional, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a corporate reception, concierge, or hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional meet and greet service for visitors, clients, and employees.
• Create a welcoming and well-managed client suite environment.
• Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use.
• Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate room changes.
• Support hospitality services for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with catering, facilities, and security teams for seamless service.
• Log and track tasks using client systems and helpdesk portals.
• Maintain clear communication across service teams.
