Whitbread PLC's Frome Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 20-hour week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, and support breakfast or dinner service to help their stay run smoothly.

No hotel experience is required. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with a fixed-term contract through 31 January 2027 and 20 guaranteed hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas welcoming and tidy.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Make guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
