Job summary

Whitbread PLC operates Poole North Premier Inn seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for 20 hours per week. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, serving meals and helping guests have a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with a fixed-term contract until 25 February 2027.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality skills appropriate for a busy hotel front-of-house role.
• Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to changing shifts.
• Strong communicator with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in at Poole North Premier Inn.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and, when needed, assist at the bar with alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions, resolve guest issues and help keep reception, dining and public areas tidy.
• Support teammates during busy periods to maintain smooth hotel operations.
