Whitbread's Premier Inn at Luton Airport is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This role involves welcoming guests, checking in, serving breakfast or dinner, and assisting guests to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
