Job summary

Premier Inn Poole Centre (Holes Bay) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help keep the reception and dining areas looking welcoming and support colleagues to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 20 guaranteed hours per week. No hotel experience is required—friendly, calm, and helpful staff are trained on-site to deliver great hospitality and guest service.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; friendly, calm under pressure and helpful attitude are valued.
• Able to welcome guests, assist with check-in and answer questions.
• Experience in serving breakfast or dinners, and serving drinks behind a bar where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in and with enquiries.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support hotel teammates during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
