Job summary

Premier Inn in Hitchin is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You will welcome guests, help with check-in, and assist during breakfast or dinner service. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and keep the hotel’s public areas tidy and welcoming.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. Permanent contract and 24 guaranteed hours per week. Full training provided and the Whitbread employee perks apply, including discount schemes and a pension plan.
