Job summary

Premier Inn Manchester Salford Quays is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and help with breakfast and evening meals. You’ll be moving across the reception, restaurant and public areas to ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.

No hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. The role includes evenings and weekends, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including working behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.

• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
