Job summary

Premier Inn Cambridge City East is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to work 25 hours per week at the Cambridge location. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help guests have a smooth stay.

No two shifts are the same; you may greet guests, recommend local spots, or help resolve issues during busy periods. A permanent contract with full training follows for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Assisting guests and solving problems
• Maintaining reception, restaurant and public areas

Responsibilities

• Support teammates during busy periods
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
