Job summary

Whitbread Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract. You’ll greet guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep public areas welcoming. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 24 guaranteed hours per week.

No hotel experience required. If you’re friendly, calm under pressure and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest. You’ll join a team that supports each other from day one and gain training along with staff

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make every guest feel looked after from arrival to departure
