Park Holidays UK is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced holiday park environment. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations, provide park information, and handle payments with a friendly, professional approach.

The role involves coordinating with the Holiday Sales Manager, using Park Vision for admin tasks, and upselling upgrades while maintaining a welcoming reception.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet holiday guests as the first point of contact for the park.
• Carry out administration duties on Park Vision as advised.
• Provide information on park activities, facilities and local services.
• Provide an efficient reservations service to all residents.
• Book guests on arrival and relay park information to them.
• Operate the park telephone system efficiently.
• Prepare Welcome Packs and manage keys to guest accommodation.
• Operate the Park mobile radio system.
• Process payments for holidays or owners' accounts and issue receipts.
• Keep the office and reception area clean at all times.
• Open and process post as required.
• Make outgoing sales calls to upsell extended stays and upgrades.
• Contact hire fleet guests to chase payment per company policy.
