Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and cared for. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality encouraged but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach—you notice what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
