Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll be trained to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel, from reception to food and beverage, helping start your career in hospitality.

Join a team that values service, teamwork and proactive guest care. You’ll learn to check guests in and out, assist with meetings and events, and help maintain the hotel’s standards while representing our brand.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality. Experience is great, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach. (You notice what needs to be done and make it happen!)
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
