Job summary

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Receptionist at Marine Hotel & Spa in North Berwick. You will be the first and last person guests meet, delivering a welcoming and high-standard visit that sets the tone for their stay.

You will join a front-of-house team, work on Saturdays and/or Sundays, and may provide additional hours during peak periods. OPERA experience is helpful but training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• First and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Handle front-of-house operations and assist the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Shifts include Saturdays and/or Sundays with additional hours during busy periods.
• Experience with OPERA property management system is beneficial though training will be provided.
