Macdonald Hotels & Resorts in Windsor is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome guests at the front desk and ensure a memorable stay. You will be the first and last face guests see, setting the standard for their visit and addressing requests with a proactive, courteous approach.

The role requires weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) with potential extra hours during peak periods. We offer a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a large family-owned hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations in every interaction.
• Shifts include Saturdays and/or Sundays; additional hours may be required during busy periods, including bank holidays.
