Job summary

The QHotels Collection is looking for a customer-focused coordinator to handle telephone and email enquiries and support guests with bookings across our 18 hotels and resorts. You will need to know our products, provide accurate information, and drive bookings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a hotel, call centres or hospitality customer centric sales environment.
• Target driven.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT savvy.
