Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle telephone and email enquiries, providing information on our 18 hotels, services and promotions, and helping convert enquiries into bookings.

You will work across the collection, delivering friendly, professional service, assisting with payments and contributing to a positive guest experience. We offer training support and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a hotel, call centres or hospitality customer-centric sales environment.
• Target driven and results oriented.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT savvy and comfortable with basic hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking telephone and email enquiries and communicating with guests in a professional and courteous manner; you will provide information on hotels, products and services, take payments for bookings and convert calls into sales.
