Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle telephone and email enquiries, providing information on our 18 hotels, services and promotions, and helping convert enquiries into bookings.

You will work across the collection, delivering friendly, professional service, assisting with payments and contributing to a positive guest experience. We offer training support and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a hotel, call centres or hospitality customer-centric sales environment.
• Target driven and results oriented.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• IT savvy and comfortable with basic hotel systems.

Opening hours - 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday to Sunday

What will I do?

Responsible for taking telephone and email enquiries and communicating with guests in a professional and courteous manner. You will be knowledgeable and have a strong understanding of all hotels, products and services to enable you to provide the customer with the relevant information, take payments for bookings and converting calls into sales.
