Away Resorts is seeking a friendly Contact Centre and Guest Email Advisor to join our Central Support team in Hemel Hempstead. You will handle inbound calls and respond to guest queries by email and phone, helping guests book, upgrade, and resolve issues before and after their stay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a contact centre or telephone-based customer service role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks while staying friendly and professional.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from guests.
• Respond to guest queries via email and telephone.
• Assist guests with bookings, upgrades and general queries.
