Sea Containers London is seeking a Bell & Door Team Member to deliver warm, personalised service for guests on the South Bank. You will assist with arrivals, departures, luggage and guest requests, acting as an ambassador for the hotel to ensure a seamless stay.

As part of a luxury lifestyle hotel with 354 bedrooms and award-winning outlets, you will promote facilities while maintaining presentation and teamwork to support smooth operations and outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services within hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with luggage handling, escorting, and guest requests.
• Provide local recommendations and coordinate transportation and reservations.
