The WestDill Mayfair Colbert Collection in London is hiring a Bellman to create exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. You will be a key hotel ambassador, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures with warm, professional, and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm and memorable arrival experience.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and guest requests efficiently and professionally.
• Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities and services.
• Support VIP arrivals and contribute to personalized guest experiences.
• Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain a professional presence in all guest-facing areas and uphold the hotel's luxury standards.
