Job summary

Novisto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed-term basis to shape GTM hiring strategies and build top-tier Enterprise Account Executive talent across North America, the UK, and the UAE. You will partner with senior commercial leaders to translate business plans into hiring priorities and drive end-to-end searches from intake to offer.

You will build high-quality pipelines, elevate hiring practices, and bring data-driven decisions to hiring velocity, working in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience in GTM, B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in Enterprise sales recruitment, especially Account Executive roles.
• Experience in a high-growth environment, scaling with rapid hiring needs.
• Ability to deliver against ambitious hiring goals while maintaining candidate quality.
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM hiring end-to-end, from intake to offer and close, with a focus on Enterprise Account Exec roles.
• Partner with senior commercial leaders to translate business plans into hiring priorities.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and networks.
• Identify and engage top commercial talent across NA, UK, and UAE using sourcing tools.
• Elevate hiring practices by improving sourcing, assessment, interview design, and candidate experience.
• Bring data-driven structure to hiring decisions with funnel metrics and market insights.
• Share expertise with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen capabilities across the org.
• Track hiring performance, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversions, and quality of hire.
