• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting; 3+ years hiring enterprise sales/GTM in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to assess and hire top enterprise sales talent.
• Excellent sourcing, relationship-building, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to create market insights and strategy.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive networking.
• Develop a network of enterprise sales talent and target company maps.
• Lead outbound searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, and GTM leaders.
• Drive TA efficiency with metrics and process improvements.
