You will operate in a remote-friendly, globally distributed environment with optional in-person collaboration at Cohere’s offices, leveraging Ashby ATS for funnel management and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (startup experience is a plus).
• Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Natural influencer who works cross-functionally and builds relationships.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and analytics focus.
• Passionate about diversity, community, and equitable recruiting practices.
• Curious about AI, NLP, and cutting-edge research in this space.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM at Cohere.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective recruiting strategies.
• Keep the team informed with talent market insights and analytics.
• Maintain recruiting funnels in Ashby and update progress regularly.
• Proactively source and recruit to optimize top-of-funnel activity.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Take ownership of talent projects and drive them forward.
• Attend industry conferences and plan curated networking events.
