You’ll coach internal stakeholders, share best practices, and track recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes in a global, remote-friendly environment.

• Experience in a fast-growing tech environment, especially GTM hiring.
• Strong headhunting and retained-search capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
