Taktile, a London-based AI-driven fintech company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the GTM hiring cycle and shape our talent strategy across markets.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools, and ensure a standout candidate experience that reflects our fast-paced, collaborative culture. This role requires building talent pipelines, refining interview practices, and advising on compensation and attraction strategies to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on sourcing and talent acquisition in high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across GTM functions: Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing.
• Strong partnership with leaders and advisory mindset.
• Active use of AI tools in recruiting workflow.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage high-volume and niche searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycle for GTM roles from scope to offer.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape job requirements.
• Deliver standout candidate experience with clear communication.
• Use data to drive hiring decisions and report funnel updates.
• Collaborate with People Ops for onboarding and visa support.
