Job summary

Kernel is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Revenue Operations from our London office. You’ll work directly with the Head of Finance & Operations and founders, owning searches, building a scalable recruiting function and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll partner with leadership to recruit for AEs, SDRs, CSMs and GTM leaders, deploying AI tools and data to optimize both speed and quality of hires in a demanding early-stage

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of recruiting experience, including GTM roles.
• Ability to run end-to-end searches and close hires.
• Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting processes.
• Ability to measure funnel metrics and optimize sourcing.
• High energy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end searches from brief to offer.
• Source candidates, including passive prospects in competing markets.
• Build a scalable recruiting process and playbook.
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to strategic hiring decisions with founders.
