Threecolts is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to own and evolve the CRM architecture across the revenue stack. You will design, build, and maintain complex objects, automate flows, and integrate core platforms like Sage and Stripe to deliver reliable, real-time data for commercial teams.

In this role you will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure governance and data hygiene as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Proven track record of complex cross-functional builds end-to-end.
• Understanding of relational databases and data pipelines with Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
• Own end-to-end CRM architecture with custom objects, flows, and integrations.
• Ingest and model data from Sage, Stripe, and Threecolts Hub into Salesforce.
• Lead scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve lead management, forecasting, and renewals.
• Enforce data quality, governance, and change management across the system.
