Job summary

Threecolts is seeking a senior Salesforce architect to own end-to-end CRM design, data models, and integrations. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure reliable, scalable platform architecture across the commercial lifecycle.

You will drive data pipelines from Sage and Stripe, apply Einstein capabilities, and lead governance and deployment workflows in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration.
• Led complex cross-functional builds end to end from scoping to build.
• Designed scalable data models and modern workflow automations in enterprise CRM.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategies into scalable Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
• Own end-to-end CRM architecture, custom objects, complex flows, and integrations.
• Ingest and map data from Sage and Stripe into Salesforce with synchronized schemas.
• Lead scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives.
• Enforce data validation, governance, and maintain documentation and change logs.
