Job description

About Threecolts

Threecolts is a software suite built for consumer brands, helping them recover revenue, operate more efficiently and grow across major retailers and marketplaces.

About Threecolts

Threecolts is a software suite built for consumer brands, helping them recover revenue, operate more efficiently and grow across major retailers and marketplaces.

Our largest business, Margin Pro, helps brands recover money owed to them by retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart and Target by managing disputes on their behalf. Alongside this, we’re building and scaling newer products, including AI Operator and Retail 365, while continuing to grow our portfolio of subscription products across our customer base.

Who We Are

We're a global team of 340 people across 33 teams, having grown through 24 acquisitions. We operate with a flat structure, giving people real ownership and the ability to move quickly. AI is embedded in how we work across the business, helping us increase speed, improve quality and operate at scale.

What you'll do
  • Translate evolving commercial strategies, commercial workflows, and executive directives into scalable, rock-solid Salesforce architecture and automated flows.
  • Own end-to-end CRM architecture, designing, building, and maintaining custom objects, complex flows, and third-party integrations across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, partner attribution, contracting, expansion, and renewals).
  • Partner closely with DataOps to ingest, model, and maintain data pipelines flowing into Salesforce from our core platform (Threecolts Hub) and financial systems (Sage, Stripe), ensuring object schemas and field mappings stay synchronized so commercial teams see reliable, real-time product usage and billing data.
  • Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment for cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations.
  • Work with commercial teams to understand challenges across lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and the customer lifecycle, translating these into practical systems and process improvements.
  • Enforce operational hygiene, data validation rules, and system governance to ensure business logic remains reliable as the commercial model evolves.
  • Maintain system documentation, technical change logs, and deployment workflows so platform enhancements are predictable and transparent across engineering and operations.
  • Continuously audit our commercial tech stack, identifying cost-reduction opportunities and executing seamless vendor migrations without disrupting rep workflows.
  • Actively contribute to internal planning, team process design, and systems architecture roadmaps, identifying cross-functional bottlenecks and proposing scalable operational solutions that accelerate team execution and capability.
About You
  • 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/advanced administration experience (expertise well beyond basic setup/maintenance).
  • Experience working within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems, with a strong understanding of how commercial teams operate and how systems support revenue performance.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to understand challenges across pipeline management, forecasting, lead conversion, and renewals, and translate these into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Able to identify process inefficiencies, challenge stakeholder requirements, and recommend improvements based on business impact, rather than simply delivering what is requested.
  • You've led complex cross-functional builds end to end, from scoping through build.
  • You have a demonstrated track record designing scalable data models and modern workflow automations in complex enterprise CRM environments.
  • You have a proven track record of sitting with operational and business leaders, taking ambiguous business models or rapid process changes, and independently translating them into elegant technical designs without needing hand-holding.
  • You understand relational database structures and event-based tracking. You treat the CRM as a critical upstream node in the company’s data pipeline and actively coordinate schema changes with DataOps before deployment.
  • You are technically minded – working with technology, systems, and tools is something that gives you energy. You stay up to date naturally on the latest developments in tech across Salesforce, AI, and related technologies.
  • You have previously worked in a high-growth environment (startup and/or scaleup) in a build phase and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Technical & Tooling Competencies
  • Proven mastery of relational database design, custom object schemas, complex validation rules, field-level security, and Governor limit management.
  • Proven experience leveraging native enterprise-tier capabilities (high governor limits, developer sandboxes, Einstein features/ECI, advanced pipeline inspection) to consolidate tech stack bloat and avoid unnecessary external SaaS purchases.
  • Deep hands-on experience or rapid technical aptitude with Sweep for visual business logic modeling, automated routing, dependency tracking, and staging-to-production deployment, prioritizing centralized orchestration over fragmented native Flow sprawl.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an upstream recipient of data pipelines. Fluent in relational concepts to cleanly ingest and map product and financial data (Stripe, Sage) via webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware without breaking validation rules.
  • Proven track record of executing rip-and-replace, vendor consolidation, and cost-reduction projects across the revenue stack (e.g., migrating conversation intelligence from Gong to Fireflies, consolidating e-signature tools, swapping enrichment providers). Skilled at data archival, license optimization, and end-user cutover management.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Slack for automated commercial deal alerts, approval workflows, and rep notification channels; comfortable connecting data feeds across enrichment, marketing automation, and internal operational bots.
  • Advanced proficiency with SF Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and spreadsheet modeling (Google Sheets/Excel) for mass data remediation, deduplication, and historical audits.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
  • Salary: £ 110,000 yearly
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme with employer contribution
