Job summary

Granola is seeking a GTM Systems Lead who will own the technology behind our commercial team, shaping how Sales and CS use the stack. You’ll design, build and run integrated systems, balancing build vs buy and ensuring data flows across Attio and related tools.

You’ll work hands-on early on, implement changes, and partner with Sales, CS and Data to deliver reliable, scalable workflows. A collaborative, curiosity-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building and owning systems used by a growing commercial team.
• Sound judgement on system architecture and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and code; SQL/Python/JS useful.
• Understanding of CRM data models, routing and dataflow.
• Willingness to implement systems and think long-term architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the GTM stack and decide what to build vs buy.
• Own the technical architecture of our CRM, Attio; shape data model, objects, workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations to ensure data flows across Attio and other tools.
• Own the wider toolset; assess new tools and vendors for reliability and cost.
• Find opportunities for automation and AI to simplify Sales and CS workflows.
• Keep systems dependable with governance, documentation and security alignment.
• Understand Sales/CS workflows to ensure practical, usable solutions.
